Three Reasons Why SEGA’s Iron Man 2 Will Improve on the Original

500x_im1

It is pretty much common knowledge that the first Iron Man title for the PS3 and Xbox 360 was pretty bad – Marvel fans cried, SEGA faithful pointed their eyes down to their shoes, and the developers at Secret Level muttered to themselves.

However, with a new movie on the way and game sequel in production that same development team is now promising that the new Iron Man title won’t be so bad. How so?

They are attributing the upgrade to three simple factors: Better flight controls, a storyline that does not follow the arc of the movie, and a graphics engine that vastly improves the lighting effects and destruction.

That sounds like it should improve the title and hopefully the team at Secret Level won’t forget to include the magical fun button. Check out the full article at Kotaku.

  • I can’t wait for the new Ironman movie. Ironman 2 is going to be awesome! I wonder if they will leave it open for a third Ironman movie…

Probably, Marvel like to milk their creations, Which in some cases isn’t a bad thing.
Ironman the film was absolutely fantastic, It was well executed and was very enjoyable. Obviously that isn’t the case with the game, it was just a mediocre experience all together.
