I had no idea the game license was purchased by Microsoft from Midway. The new game is being developed by two year old upstart company called Vector Unit.

The title is set to feature, according to Destructoid, “4-person split screen, 8-player online, 8 “theme park” levels, a slew of new modes, returning boats — like Razorback, Cutthroat, and Rad Hazard.”
