Here is a look at some footage of the Waku Waku 7 from the PS2 Import Sunsoft Collection. The fight also shows Fernandeath pulling off his infamous “eat ya and poop ya” move – and it also features the ending for Marurun (who is my favorite character).

The gun-crazy, style before substance shooter by SEGA and Red Entertainment is being revived in manga form.

The shooter has spawned two PS2 titles and an anime series but now the license is being extended to Manga by Digital Manga Publishing. There is also a movie planned for 2011 by Convergence Entertainment.

The character design of Gungrave were originally designed by the creator of Trigun, Yasuhito Nightow, however the designer is unavailable for the project. The story concept is set to run many issues.
