SEGA has officially named the upcoming Super Monkey Ball title for the PSVITA. It will be known as Super Monkey Ball Banana Splitz!

Oh yeah…see what they did there? That is some hardcore spellingz for tha youth! On top of that the reference to ice cream will appeal to anyone who loves food which includes women! That there is some cross-demographic marketing, folks!

SEGA has unveiled another song for Project Diva Extend and it is Wowaka’s “Rolling Girl.” On top of that the game also features new SEGA modules from SEGA classics like Valkyria Chronicles III, Virtua Fighter, Shining Hearts, and Phantasy Star Portable.

Sonic Team doesn’t just make Sonic anniversary titles they also have been paying tribute to the Puyo Puyo series in Japan.

The PSN Japan store has a demo up for all those who wish to try it:

The title is already out on the DS overseas but the PSP, 3DS, and Wii versions come out in the middle of December.

The price has dropped from the $19.99 price point to $14.99. Just a heads-up if you are interested!

The digital addition of Project Diva Extend isn’t coming out on the same date as the retail addition. In fact, it is coming out a full month later  for early adopters of the PSVita on Dec. 15.

The PSVita will add bilinear filtering to the game. Hooray! The PSVita launches on Dec. 17 in Japan.

There is a post on the SEGA forums that is asking for this title to be released in the West. However, currently it is still Japan-only. Interestingly, the video is less about the battle system and more about the base of operations for your characters.

Highlights? There is an anime character with astonishing underboob and Miku factors into the video at the end.
