SegaShiro: Pure SEGA HARDCORE!

At first when I saw the trailer…I thought SEGA was trying to sex up the Project Diva Idols in a crazy Japanese sort-of-way…but I remembered my favorite Wii game and this Vixen. It looks like all the best bosses are still alive for this title.

Play-Asia has a pretty wicked weekly deal going down right now…You can shoot zombies down in Kamurocho for $25! Do it! Darkness II is on sale for $22, King of Fighter XIII for $25, and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record for $20.

Just make sure to check the regions of the games if you are looking to order. I would totally be picking some titles but I already own them all :S

Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown isn’t too far off. I think it’s probably time I got my VF skills back up to scratch. Not likes I have anything better to do until I get internet access at home again on Thursday!

GameGadget is a neat looking retro gaming device that hopes to become the “iPod” for gamers. There is another version that will feature support for NEO GEO titles but this is the £59.99 version that comes with a free set of Mega Drive titles:

You know, with SEGA making a free-to-play Vita version of Phantasy Star…why wouldn’t they make a pay to play Pachislot game where you could win prizes? You know essentially capturing the gambling expereinc.e I wonder if that crosses some kind of legal threshold.

Anyway, this is one title I probably won’t be importing (and not for the lack of love for the Fist of the North Star franchise) but – I’d rather have a game where there is a bit more gameplay. I mean, seriously, I’d be all over a Peggle-style Fist of the North Star style of game.

It looks solid and like it is some solid fun. I am just waiting to see which retailer will get the Bayonetta pre-order here in North America before I drop cash on the game.
